About the Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a Confirmed Java Software Engineer to integrate our Cloud and Custom Application (CCA) teams. Our IT projects aim to assist clients in adopting new Cloud technologies. You will engage in transforming existing applications into Cloud Native and API solutions, thereby improving agility and scalability. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client needs and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Designing, developing, and optimizing interfaces until they are in production.
  • Working with a technical stack involving Java, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, and JQuery.

About the Candidate

You should possess:

  • A degree (License or Master) in IT with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Back End or Fullstack developer.
  • Experience conducting design workshops and participating in project phases.
  • A proactive approach to technological watch, sharing knowledge, and continuous training.

Next Steps

A telephone interview with Sabrina or Florian (20 to 30 minutes) followed by an interview with a technical expert and HR (1 hour), and technical and English tests (2 x 20 minutes). You will receive personalized feedback based on these meetings.
