About the Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be integral to one of the two key product teams delivering high-impact digital tools. Your responsibilities will include leading the frontend development for mobile and web applications, collaborating closely with design and product teams, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team comprised of developers, QAs, mobile engineers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend development for mobile and web applications using Vue, React, React Native, and Node.js.
  • Guide technical architecture across frontend and serverless components (AWS Lambda).
  • Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to create robust and high-performance interfaces.
  • Mentor engineers and enhance quality through code reviews and best practices.
  • Support the transition towards full containerization and automated deployment (AWS, Kubernetes).

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate is a frontend-focused technical leader with strong awareness of full stack development. Required skills include:

  • Excellent experience in frontend development, specifically in Vue, React, or React Native.
  • Experience with Node.js in a serverless or API-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of modern UI architecture and frontend performance optimization.
  • Exposure to AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Exceptional mentorship capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming languages such as Ruby or PHP is a plus.

Additionally, experience in designing NPM packages and building accessible UIs will be beneficial. Candidates showcasing both technical depth and leadership maturity will be highly favored.
