About the Role

We are seeking our future PHP/Symfony/VueJS/Flutter developer to join our dynamic and inclusive team at Bloomind. At Bloomind, we focus on the thriving of our employees. As a developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance phases of a project for one of our partners.

Your main missions will include:

• Participating in the technical design of the project.
• Developing features using PHP/Symfony and/or VueJS.
• Developing mobile functionalities using Flutter.
• Ensuring the maintenance and evolution of the project.
• Collaborating with the team to solve technical problems.
• Participating in meetings and discussions to improve development processes and methodologies.

About the Candidate

We are looking for candidates with:

• Mastery or good knowledge of PHP.
• Mastery or good knowledge of the Symfony/VueJS frameworks.
• Knowledge of Flutter and testing with Cypress is a plus.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Recognition of effective communication and teamwork.
• A real desire to actively participate in a project.

About the Recruitment Process

1. Phone call with the recruiter to discuss the tasks and your fit with Bloomind's values.
2. Structured exchange with a manager to delve into your background, assess your fit for the role, and answer your questions. This interview can be done via video or in-person.
3. Technical interview to evaluate your skills regarding specific aspects of the position, either via video or in-person.
4. Optional third exchange if necessary to clarify specific points or answer additional questions.
