As a Modern Workplace Engineering Architect, your focus will be on Microsoft 365 suite solutions within the Workplace services field. You will apply your expertise by translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that ensure customer satisfaction and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Manage client conversations confidently and with leadership.
• Understand business advantages in Microsoft security tools (i.e., Defender and Purview).
• Implement Microsoft Identity and Endpoint Management techniques and best practices.
• Utilize PowerShell with natural proficiency.
• Apply business acumen in migration tools (i.e., Quest), code controls (i.e., Git repositories), ITSM tools, Azure, and automation.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting approaches.
