About the Role
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Full Stack Engineer (ReactJs & PHP) to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. This position is full-time and remote, focusing on the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React and React Native.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build large distributed components and develop full stack web application using a variety of coding languages.
- Design UI, core & backend software components.
- Create consumer products and features using internal programming language Hack.
- Implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications.
- Conduct design and code reviews;
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
About the Candidate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Proficiency in React and PHP (PHP could be optional).
- Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and D3.js is desirable but optional.
- Familiarity with design patterns, UML, and Agile Methodology is a plus.
- Basics in HTML, CSS (or SASS), Javascript (or Typescript), and HTTP.
- Understanding of system design principles and previous project challenges.
Soft Skills:
- Good to great communication skills for clear articulation of concepts, design, and architecture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range Minimum: $71,000 per annum.
- Pay Range Maximum: $108,000 per annum.
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
