About the Role

We are recruiting a Responsable technique JAVA to join our business unit Espace within the Skills Center Mission & Control Segments. The Skills Center specializes in engineering activities, development & maintenance, validation, and operation of Control Centers and Mission Centers. Under the guidance of a project manager, you will lead the technical team on a military mapping project which is currently operational and under maintenance. A redesign is scheduled within approximately one year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of the project.
  • Provide technical guidance to the existing team.
  • Evaluate, develop, write technical documents, validate, and deliver required modifications (corrective or evolutionary).
  • Coordinate with the co-contracting team on technical aspects as necessary.
  • Participate in quarterly progress meetings with the client.

About the Candidate

You should have a Bac+5 in engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development/maintenance. Mastery of Java/Javascript, and ORACLE/SQL is essential. If you are rigorous, autonomous, a good communicator, and enjoy teamwork, you may be the gem we are looking for! A background in mapping is a plus.
