About the Role
Join Hannover Rück SE as a DevOps Software Developer in the IT Underwriting Solutions team. This role focuses on enabling the development of software solutions for international teams and supporting the establishment of a DevOps mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions for international teams.
- Assist development teams in implementing a DevOps culture using Git, CI/CD, and automation solutions.
- Create tools with .NET, PowerShell, and TypeScript that help our teams achieve their goals.
- Collaborate across teams at the intersection of product development and infrastructure teams (both Cloud and On-Premise).
About the Candidate
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about DevOps and modern software development. The ideal candidate has:
- Solid experience in software development with .NET, PowerShell, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and their implementation, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Initial experience with common cloud technologies and IT security issues is desirable.
- Familiarity with agile methods and an international mindset, along with experience collaborating with international teams.
- Team-oriented mindset and fluent in German and English.
