Departament and Project description

CS&Q Digital department is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and quality through the use of digital solutions, leveraging Data, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The project you will collaborate on focuses on developing innovative solutions that help business users make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

What will you learn?

  • Hands-on Experience with AI/ML Projects: Gain practical experience in coding, deploying, and/or managing AI/ML models, particularly in solutions using GenAi models.
  • Cloud Platform Utilization: Work in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for AI/ML projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop skills in working with a global team, collaborating across different time zones and cultures, and effectively communicating with stakeholders worldwide.
  • User Feedback and Enhancement: Get involved in capturing user feedback, converting it into detailed specifications, working on enhancements, and communicating the results.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Grade or Master in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python is essential, as well as familiarity with GitHub for version control and experience with cloud platforms like Amazon AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge/experience in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High English level, Spanish and/or Catalan would be desirable.

What can we offer?

  • Paid internships (depending on your schedule, min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week, 700-900 / month).
  • Flexibility to combine it with your studies.
  • One day of free disposal per month (cumulative), and possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).
  • An experience specially designed for your learning and development, with a duration of 6 months and the possibility for extension or contracting.
