Your Responsibilities
- 2nd Level Support for pCloud services based on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Automated deployment of containerized applications through CI/CD.
- Monitoring and optimizing the platform using logging, monitoring, and tracing.
- Create, install, test, and implement software and configuration changes considering the existing IT infrastructure.
- Handle incidents as per BWI specifications, including incident acceptance, error analysis, and resolution.
- Identify risks related to security and take measures for mitigation.
- Support the development of training concepts and train new colleagues.
- Maintain and enhance technical documentation.
About the Candidate
- Education: Completed degree with a focus on computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Skills: Profound knowledge in Linux operating systems and container technologies Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and databases like MySQL, MongoDB is advantageous. Experience with MLOps and strong team orientation preferred.
- Languages: Proficient in German and good knowledge of English.
