Role: Senior Specialist SE - Analytics

As a Senior Specialist in Solution Engineering for Analytics, you will engage customers and collaborate with account teams to understand their needs regarding data and analytics. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating how Salesforce Analytics solutions can drive customer value and assisting them in building a data culture. You will conduct workshops, act as a trusted advisor, and develop expert-level knowledge of the Tableau Platform. Other tasks include leading technical responses to proposals and creating reusable assets to enhance team efficiency.

About the Candidate

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-10 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data integration, or related technologies.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in data and analytics.
  • Strong background in at least one BI platform like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Degree or equivalent experience is required, considering leadership roles and volunteer work.
  • Fluency in English and another European language is appreciated.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI, especially machine learning.
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks, and languages like R or Python.
  • Experience with JavaScript and application integration is advantageous.
