About the Role
Leidos has an exciting opening for you, our next DevOps Software Engineer working with a dynamic team to design, develop and deploy a state-of-the-art technology stack supporting DIA's Science and Technology Directorate. Under a multi-Task Order 10-year contract, we support the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) DOMEX Data Discovery Platform (D3P) Modernization program as well as the Open Source Intelligence Integration Center (OSIC) mission. Most work is conducted on-site at our client location in Bethesda, MD, with a flexible schedule and occasional remote tasks.
Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of a full stack containerized microservices architecture. You will:
- Deploy and maintain a production big data pipeline.
- Enhance CI/CD processes for faster development and error detection.
- Collaborate with System Engineers to achieve new CI/CD implementations.
- Support new feature requirements in Kubernetes deployments.
About the Candidate
You bring enthusiasm, the ability to work well with diverse teams, and the following qualifications:
- A BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, plus 8+ years of experience in software development or related fields.
- An active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, AWS, and Docker.
Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with systems at scale.
- Knowledge of Agile processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus.
