As the Manager AI/ML Interior Sensing, you will guide projects aimed at enhancing vehicle safety and comfort through advanced technology, including machine learning algorithms for driver state sensing and occupancy monitoring.
Your key responsibilities will be to plan and control the quality of machine learning projects, manage team capabilities, ensure project timelines are met, monitor performance metrics, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will also oversee team development and project budgeting, while fostering a positive team environment and upholding company values.
About the Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor or Master of Science degree in engineering.
- Proven ability to manage and lead software engineering teams.
- Solid knowledge of artificial intelligence and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, computer vision, and/or machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to professional development.
