About the Role

SYMELIA, a Microsoft Business Applications Solution Partner, supports clients in optimizing their business and collaborative processes. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (F/H) to join our team in Carquefou.

You will play a leading role in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions such as Sales, Customer Services, Field Services, and Project Operations, contributing your knowledge of the platform's technical architecture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-facilitating workshops with business representatives to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Writing functional specifications and configuring chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Designing and developing required API interfaces, plug-ins, or JavaScripts.
  • Conducting tests and assisting users during their acceptance phases.
  • Guiding users through change management, training them on the use and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Overseeing deployment and providing user support.
  • Engaging in the analysis and implementation of corrective actions or enhancements, as well as supporting clients after project handover.
  • Contributing to product monitoring within this domain.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a background with a Bac+4/5 education, preferably in development engineering, and bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting firms or direct client environments, with substantial practice involving the Dynamics 365 integration solution and at least one module of Customer Engagement. You are proficient with Microsoft development environments (Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Power Platform) and comfortable with programming languages including C#, JavaScript, Low-code Power Apps, and Power Automate. Familiarity with Azure features is a plus. You should be adept in client relationships and capable of proposing solutions that address articulated needs while adhering to the architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
