This individual will work closely with the Quantitative Insights team, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, while improving health outcomes through advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Product Innovation: Identify and scope opportunities for improvement in analytical tools, serving as a resource to advisory researchers and project managing enhancements.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop, analyze, and build tools using AI/ML methods while working with large healthcare datasets.
- Collaboration: Partner with research teams and management to provide strategic insights while maintaining relationships with colleagues across teams.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in data analysis and modeling, capable of performing statistical analysis on datasets.
- Strong programming skills with Python/Pyspark and complex SQL queries training.
- A foundation in machine learning, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive analytics experience, background in machine learning, and ability to handle large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree (or higher) in relevant fields such as computer science or statistics.
- Familiarity with AWS applications.
- Experience with healthcare data analysis and analytical products.
