The Reality Labs team at Meta is looking for Computer Vision Engineers to support our engineering teams as we build towards our goal of helping more people around the world come together and connect through world-class Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality hardware and software. Responsibilities

  • Lead design and productization of online calibration algorithms for novel sensor types.
  • Work with partner teams to analyze and define requirements for sensor calibration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Deep Learning, Computer Vision, AR/VR, 3D Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Experience developing computer vision algorithms or computer vision infrastructure in C/C++.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related technical field.
  • Industry experience with classic computer vision (sensor calibration, SLAM, 3D reconstruction, etc).
  • Experience with on-device algorithm development.
