About the Role

At Synechron, we are seeking a skilled Java/GenAI Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications while integrating Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to streamline coding tasks.
  • Ensure code efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
  • Troubleshoot applications for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI.
  • Document development processes and architectural changes.

About the Candidate

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Experience with prompt development for large language models like GPT and Langchain.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python with experience in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
