About the Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Ops Expert at BWI GmbH, you will be pivotal in ensuring the digital future viability of our nation. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Operation and further development of our experimental AI labs.
- Provision of models in various environments like NVIDIA Triton, Groq or Kubernetes.
- Development and optimization of ML pipelines and model training methods.
- Evaluation of new Machine Learning Ops techniques.
About the Candidate
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field is essential.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps/MLOps after graduation.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes deployment (on Linux basis) and optimization of AI resources (GPUs).
- Good programming skills in Python (or comparable) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across disciplines.
- High level of independence, results orientation, decision-making, and communication skills.
- High frustration tolerance when working with technologies in Alpha and Beta phases.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
