About the Role
Visa Technology Organization seeks multiple Software Engineers dedicated to tackling complex, global challenges. You will design, build, and test software that impacts millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities include creating omni-channel solutions and collaborating across the organization to develop software solutions that meet Visa's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable systems affecting 40% of the world's population.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and develop best-in-class software solutions.
- Contribute to product quality and new business flows in agile teams.
- Develop and maintain Java applications, leveraging technologies like Spring and Hibernate.
- Build RESTful services and front-end applications using React.
- Manage databases, both SQL and No-SQL.
- Utilize technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio for containerization.
About the Candidate
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience, with a focus on Java and understanding of design principles for scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, ready to collaborate within a dynamic team.
