About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Application Engineer who will be responsible for the technical selling and support of Siemens EDA's Verification IP (VIP) portfolio across the EMEA region. As an Application Engineer (AE), you'll play a pivotal role as the bridge between Siemens EDA and our customers. This dynamic position demands technical expertise, strong communication skills, and exemplary business acumen. You will contribute to the growth of Siemens EDA's verification business in EMEA by assisting customers with technical challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with sales and field technical team members to lead and implement technical engagements.
- Provide technical leadership on sales campaigns.
- Qualify the technical viability of sales opportunities.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of the VIP portfolio.
- Maintain positive customer relationships, offering timely support.
- Collaborate with peers and product divisions to enhance product offerings.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of high-speed interface protocols (e.g., PCIe, CXL, NVMe).
- Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM is mandatory.
- Experience with commercial VIP integration, Linux and Windows environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
