The Role

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in driving the technical evolution of our AI-first platform. Working directly with the CTO, you'll optimize existing infrastructure, pioneer new systems, and contribute to AI-powered solutions that improve outcomes and empower individuals.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Startup Experience with organizations having less than 200 people.
  • Experience in commercial AI/ML project/product development.
