About the Role

Your responsibilities include developing enterprise applications based on Java/J2EE or Spring, utilizing frontend technologies such as JSP or JSF, evaluating and implementing new techniques and frameworks, and designing new features that solve complex customer needs using state-of-the-art technologies. Communication with clients, as well as gathering and analyzing specific requirements, will also be part of your tasks. Your expertise will offer our customers genuine value, and you will act as the link between IT and business.

About the Candidate

We expect a candidate with German fluency at C1 level and a degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field. You should have several years of solid experience in Java development and know how to work with frontend technologies like JSP or JSF. Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, or Oracle DB is essential. Knowledge of NoSQL databases or streaming platforms (e.g., MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) would be considered an advantage. A minimum of three years of experience in software development and testing is required, along with a willingness to travel within the DACH region. We understand that not every candidate will meet all of these requirements.
