About the Role

For our client, a leader in Automatic Test Equipment for the Semiconductor Industry, we are seeking a Senior Software Solutions / Data Engineer (m/f/d) in a permanent position. You will own the application design and development, specifically focusing on a Data Analytics Platform within a cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain a full-stack, three-tier application in cloud infrastructure.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and offshore developers to ensure effective communication and timely delivery.
  • Code Quality Management: Establish and enforce a structured code quality assurance process for the offshore development team.

Required Qualifications

  • Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work with distributed teams including offshore developers.
  • Programming: Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Cloud Experience: Strong experience with AWS or similar platforms, familiarity with Terraform.
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with relational databases and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network architecture, IP routing, and security in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience in JavaScript, PySpark, Docker, and Apache Airflow is a plus. Familiarity with IAM systems can enhance your application.
