About the Role
As a Senior NodeJS Software Engineer, you will lead the migration from a PHP/Laravel environment to a microservices-based TypeScript landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features efficiently and play a key role in optimizing backend architectures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to deliver excellent features efficiently.
- Migrate from a PHP-built monolith to modern backend architectures, primarily using Node.js.
- Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript (Node.js) and Python.
- Facilitate integration of LLM models in a cloud environment.
- Design and optimize infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone with proficiency in Node.js and Python, who is passionate about building scalable systems. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is preferred, along with a collaborative attitude to tackle technical challenges. PHP knowledge is a bonus.
