About the Role
Adsearch, a recruitment firm, is looking for a Lead PHP Symfony Developer for one of its clients, a software publisher. This permanent position is based in Nice with a salary range of €45,000 - €60,000. You are expected to work remotely 2 days a month and to lead a team of 3 Developers, 1 PO, and a CTO on a strategic website redesign project.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing modules in PHP Symfony,
- Overcoming technical challenges,
- Prioritizing requests and assisting the Product Owner with backlog management,
- Collaborating with marketplace teams,
- Participating in testing processes,
- Writing technical documentation as needed,
- Ensuring compliance with integration and continuous delivery processes,
- Proposing functional and technical improvements.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Symfony and has a passion for working with high-traffic platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability are crucial. Previous experience in leading development teams would be advantageous.
