About the Role

As a Data Engineer Cloud H/F at Synchrone, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design & Deployment: Implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Optimization & Performance: Enhance real-time and batch data processing with technologies such as Apache Spark, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
  • Quality & Data Governance: Establish best practices to ensure data reliability and quality.
  • Inter-team Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science, BI, and DevOps teams to deliver high-value data solutions.

About the Candidate

Expectations

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3 years of experience in data engineering, preferably within cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in data pipeline architectures and ETL/ELT frameworks on cloud.
  • Solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases as well as Big Data frameworks.
  • A team-oriented and agile approach to collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, Analysts, and DevOps.
