About the Role
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Azure. In this position, you will apply your knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi and C#. Responsibilities
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for product teams with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Optimize the transition from on-premises infrastructure to Azure-hosted and Software as a Service solutions.
- Define infrastructure requirements in collaboration with team members.
- Resolve infrastructure-related issues in collaboration with the team.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies through Pulumi.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and advocate best practices across various teams.
- Develop and manage monitoring dashboards and configure alerts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering continuous integration systems and designing build configurations via Azure DevOps.
- Competency in managing version control systems, specifically Git.
- Understanding of the Microsoft .NET development ecosystem and Visual Studio environment.
- Proficiency in scripting tasks using PowerShell.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, in areas such as networking and compute.
- Familiarity with containerization on Windows and Linux, including orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skills in problem-solving with a focus on simplified solutions for complex challenges.
- Strong commitment to quality and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
