About the Role
Apside is on the lookout for a DBA SQL Server / MongoDB to become part of a dynamic team of 6 professionals. This role primarily revolves around the administration, security, and optimization of relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring their performance and availability according to the banking sector standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer SQL Server and MongoDB databases, focusing on problem-solving and incident management.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure continuous operation of software infrastructures related to databases across distributed system environments like ORACLE and SYBASE.
- Optimize performance by proactively managing capacity and infrastructure evolution.
- Document configurations and write guidelines for support teams.
- Perform deployments of databases for technical and business projects, and assist teams in controlling and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)
- You should have at least a BAC2 in Computer Science.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL Server and MongoDB is required.
- Proficiency in technical English is appreciated, along with experience working in an agile environment.
- Skills in incident handling, database integrity, and creating monitoring tools are a plus.
