About the Role

Visa is looking for a Software Engineer - Sr. Consultant level to guide a talented team of software engineers in creating client-ready solutions. You will focus on developing the next generation of systems, automation, and tools to improve productivity and efficiency for developers. This role requires deep expertise in software engineering and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts for JAVA Payment Services, SWIFT iOS Applications, and KOTLIN Android Applications.
• Aim towards zero production defects through effective automation.
• Engage in hands-on activities with deep learning toolkits such as ScikitLearn, AutoGluon, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Apply machine learning technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
• Mentor team members to nurture their talent and maintain an effective work culture.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive project outcomes effectively.

About the Candidate

We are looking for candidates with:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a university degree.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and best practices for building scalable applications.
• Experience with mobile application development and related technologies like SWIFT and KOTLIN.
• Proven track record as a technical lead or solutions architect in a matrix organization.
