About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who will not only build and optimize our DevOps processes but also mentor junior engineers and lead key initiatives that align with our long-term technology goals. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations to implement best practices and promote a DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Lead strategic DevOps initiatives and guide architectural decisions.
  • Mentor and coach junior DevOps and software engineers.
  • Champion automation, monitoring, and reliability practices.
  • Collaborate with security, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Optimize performance and cost-effectiveness of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

About the Candidate

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and DevSecOps practices.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring or leading DevOps teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and drive long-term DevOps implementations.
  • Solid scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
