About the Role
Our mission at SafeAD is to bring autonomous driving to the masses. Therefore we develop a next-generation autonomous driving perception and scene understanding system, following a mapless, vision-first, all-AI philosophy. In this role, you’ll:
- Improve and develop additional features of our multi-task scene understanding AI model
- Optimize and deploy the model to run on production hardware
- Streamline our training pipeline
- Test your software in our self-driving vehicle
About the Candidate
At a minimum we’d like you to have:
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant professional experience (PhD time counts)
- Experience solving problems using Machine Learning with PyTorch
- Strong experience programming in Python
- A strong team player and learning mindset
It’s preferred if you also have:
- Hands-on experience in the fields of autonomous driving and computer vision
- Experience in applying machine learning to 3D scene understanding tasks
- Experience working on mid to large software projects
