Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance Java applications within a focused team
- Collaborate in a high-energy front-office environment
- Integrate with Equities, Fixed Income, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange
- Contribute to the delivery of a new strategic platform
- Ensure high availability and low latency in transaction-oriented systems
- Implement features using microservices architecture
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in core Java
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, and network programming
- Extensive development expertise in high-performance distributed systems
- Experience with order management systems or order state handling
- Experience with development in a Unix or Linux environment
- Communicative English level
