Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance Java applications within a focused team
  • Collaborate in a high-energy front-office environment
  • Integrate with Equities, Fixed Income, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange
  • Contribute to the delivery of a new strategic platform
  • Ensure high availability and low latency in transaction-oriented systems
  • Implement features using microservices architecture
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in core Java
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, and network programming
  • Extensive development expertise in high-performance distributed systems
  • Experience with order management systems or order state handling
  • Experience with development in a Unix or Linux environment
  • Communicative English level
