Role Overview
The Tech Lead for the Commercial Platform bridges the gap between business and technology, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution. The platform supports key commercial functions including marketing, lead and product lifecycle management, sales, quoting, contracts, pricing, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the Product Owner on technical strategy and prioritise technical requirements.
- Define architecture and integration strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Product lifecycle).
- Lead design, scalability, and performance of CRM, CPQ (Tacton), and CLM solutions.
- Manage system configuration, administration, and integration with ERP and support systems.
- Act as escalation point for CRM issues and drive data-driven improvements.
- Set best practices for implementation, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership across teams and maintain architectural documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and implementation.
- Experience with product lifecycle and pricing systems, ideally in a Telco context.
- Proficient in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Azure, and Dataverse.
- Skilled in integration (APIs, iPaaS, Azure Logic Apps), security, and data governance.
- Hands-on with customization using JavaScript, C#, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
