About the Role

At Nebul, we’re building Europe’s sovereign cloud infrastructure — trusted, secure, and scalable for the future of AI. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help design, automate, and scale the infrastructure powering Generative AI, Digital Twins, and high-performance computing. If you love working with OpenStack, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python and solving real infrastructure challenges across data centers — this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage multi-site cloud infrastructure with OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
  • Automate deployments, monitoring, and scaling using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
  • Build self-service tooling and APIs to enable internal and client teams.
  • Work closely with security and AI teams to ensure secure, high-availability environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve infrastructure performance.

About the Candidate

We're looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and cloud-native automation. Skills in Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies are essential. A strong understanding of CI/CD systems, observability, and infrastructure-as-code is important. Hands-on experience with high-availability production systems and a passion for automation and continuous improvement will be advantageous.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with NVIDIA AI infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with K0smotron, NetBox, or hybrid-cloud management tools.
  • Background in network or platform engineering within SaaS/MSP environments.

Company Culture and Benefits

Remote flexibility is offered in the role, with a base near The Hague. Must be based in the Netherlands or willing to commute, and a valid EU work permit is required as no sponsorship is available.
