What will you do as a Marketing Analytics Engineer?
As an expert in Marketing Analytics utilizing Google Cloud, you will play a key role in optimizing marketing efforts through enhanced utilization of first-party data. Most organizations utilize Google Marketing Platform services, such as Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Analytics 360, along with platforms like Facebook. The powerful combination of Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform enables data-driven companies to enhance customer experiences and significantly improve marketing ROI.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
In your role as a Marketing Analytics Engineer, you will serve as an experienced product owner and consultant with data engineering insights. You will assist our clients in further developing and enhancing their marketing strategies based on analytical data. Your responsibilities will include:
- PLAN: Create backlogs and suggest sprint planning focused on delivering value.
- DO: Engineer the collection and transformation of data for analysis and visualization. Implement activation of information across media channels.
- CHECK: Design reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes.
- ACT: Adjust and enhance the activation and analysis of marketing campaigns, presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following credentials:
- A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Informatics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in consultancy, Product Ownership, and Scrum management.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Statistics, Machine Learning, data engineering, and understanding privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with the algorithms behind digital advertising platforms and GCP Services or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Google Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Data Catalog, DataPlex, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Airflow, and IAM Policies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Regular Expressions.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, along with effective documentation practices for technical workflows and architectural designs.
