We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of our core backend systems and infrastructure. You'll play a key role in shaping our technical architecture, scaling our platform, and driving meaningful impact across the product. This role is deeply backend-focused, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure. Frontend experience is not required—but we value versatility and welcome support across the stack when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable backend services (TypeScript, NestJS, Express)
- Lead infrastructure efforts on AWS using Terragrunt/Terraform
- Develop secure, high-performance systems powering dashboards, personalization, and enterprise features
- Integrate AI/LLM where it drives real value
- Collaborate across teams to ship fast and well
- Contribute to design discussions, reviews, and engineering culture
- Occasionally support frontend (Next.js) with onboarding help
What You Bring
- 6 years backend experience with strong system architecture skills
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks
- Deep AWS infrastructure knowledge and IaC tools (Terragrunt, Terraform)
- Focus on scalability, security, and automation
- Clear communication and a collaborative, product-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with ownership, autonomy, and ambiguity in a startup setting
