About the Role

As an IT Systembetreuer:in ITSM, you will manage and develop multifaceted system landscapes in alignment with customer needs. Your tasks will include:

  • Operating and upgrading ITSM systems, focusing on patch and release management.
  • Serving as the main contact for clients, overseeing the process from consultation to live deployment.
  • Ensuring functionality post-deployment and assisting in implementing integration requirements.

About the Candidate

We expect you to have solid IT knowledge, acquired through relevant education or experience, particularly in areas such as One Identity Manager:in or ServiceNow. Key requirements include:

  • Several years of practical experience with One Identity IAM solutions and the ServiceNow platform.
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and customer-specific customizations using integrated development tools.
  • Knowledge in programming languages such as MS SQL, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST/SOAP.
  • Ideally, certifications in One Identity Manager:in and/or as ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator:in.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in both German and English.
