About the Role
At Xero, we support many types of flexible working arrangements that allow you to balance your work, your life and your passions. We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to oversee the development of a mobile app designed to address the unserved needs of our small business customers. This role is a product-focused position on a greenfield project within the business products team. The Technical Lead is hands-on and will facilitate collaboration across different Teams, referred to as Pods, working towards delivering customer-driven functionality.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in modern mobile application development within a digital product environment. Familiarity with engineering best practices, and the ability to foster team collaboration and quality assurance is essential. We're searching for a technology leader who can encourage innovation and guide their teams towards effective product delivery.
