This position involves enhancing developer productivity through resilient platform solutions, particularly focusing on Continuous Integration (CI).
Responsibilities
- Understand build and deploy needs of product teams while designing next-Gen CI solutions.
- Apply -as-code principles to engineer a unified framework optimizing CI processes across a multi-cloud environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, Technical Leads, and Architects to ensure scalable and resilient technical solutions.
- Enable developers by empowering self-service capabilities that streamline workflows while adhering to compliance.
- Champion best practices across the large developer community to enhance overall system efficiency.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with 8+ years of experience in platform development. Candidates should have strong Python/Go automation experience, be familiar with CI/CD principles, and possess strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience in a DevOps team and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Agile methodologies.
