Your Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in software design and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Drive the delivery of high-impact projects for enterprise production environments.
- Lead professional software engineering practices such as Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration tools.
- Participate in and lead the planning, creation, and execution of automated tests for developed features.
- Maintain proficiency in Software Engineering and contribute to team members' technical skills growth.
- Engage in customer interactions for enhancement requests and issue resolutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
About the Candidate
Expectations and Nice to Haves
Candidates should have proficiency in cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and strong knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript and Java. Understanding of cloud security principles is essential along with experience in Kubernetes or OpenShift. Familiarity with AI and machine learning, as well as experience with large language models, is a plus.
