About the Role

Développeur·se Back-End Python Senior – CDI – Full Remote (2 à 3 jours/trimestre à Bordeaux). We are looking for an experienced back-end Python developer to join a tech company that designs B2B software in the AssurTech sector. The role involves developing SaaS products used internationally to automate still very manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing modules.
• Contribute to architecture and best practices implementation (testing, review, documentation).
• Direct interaction with business and project teams.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the development organization.

About the Candidate

Expectations: 5 to 10 years of experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to structure reasoning clearly. The client will prioritize candidates who have a solid mastery of Python with Django and stability in their work history.

Nice to Have: Knowledge of Boost, sensitivity to software architecture, and interest in complex systems.

Company Culture and Benefits

• Position involves working remotely 2 to 3 days a quarter in Bordeaux for collaborative working sessions and team events (workshops, team building).
• Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 depending on profile.

Required Skills
