About the Role
In this role, you'll work at one of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide variety of clients. You'll engage with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for clients.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Developer, you'll be part of a scrum team responsible for:
- Completing development tasks on project-specific backlogs.
- Writing code that meets pre-defined standards.
- Developing applications using Scala and collaborating with teams to meet business requirements.
- Following best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Education
None required, but preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2-5 years of development experience.
- Knowledge in systems administration for Scala and experience with J2EE applications including technologies like Java, Spring Framework, and agile methodologies.
- A passion for solving technical problems and advising on design feasibility.
