About the Role

As a part of Walmart Global Tech, you’ll build industry-defining reusable customer and partner-facing services and products that lead differentiated experiences and revenue. You will support all segments of Walmart and drive innovative solutions for our customers and associates.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance front-end applications for our 1P and 3P customers.
  • Develop robust, maintainable, reusable code that addresses functionality, performance, and security.
  • Plan enhancements to applications by integrating or modifying components to improve usability and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and assist in creating functional designs.
  • Analyze performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks within the applications.
  • Develop automated test cases and deployment procedures, following coding best practices.

About the Candidate

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in creating user interfaces with HTML5 and CSS, utilizing libraries like Bootstrap.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with scalable back-end services, functional, integration, and E2E testing tools.
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
