About the Role

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design, and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. Your goal of customer success will drive you through the entire organization as you seek to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

About the Candidate

Expectations: You will need to demonstrate empathy with customers, quickly identifying their challenges. A fundamental understanding of how the Internet works is vital, as well as excellent communication skills in business English and fluency in either Spanish or Italian. A background in IT, engineering, or customer support is desired.
Nice to Have Skills: Experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, and an understanding of security trends like Zero Trust.
