About the Role
Golang Backend Engineer needed for a fast-growing Data-led organisation that measures the impact and efficacy of influencer marketing to:
- Predict campaign performance
- Measure and benchmark key metrics
- Capture audiences from social to site
- Predict purchase power and ROI
As a Golang Backend Engineer, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, delivering, and testing applications essential for supporting the digital transformation programmes and maximising the value of data across the business. The firm operates entirely in the cloud, hosted in GCP, utilizing a greenfield tech stack which allows for the building of bespoke cloud-native solutions when differentiation from competition is possible.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy backend Golang cloud-native services within a containerised microservices architecture.
- Engage in cutting-edge work that is constantly changing and focused on building and operating critical, scalable solutions.
- Contribute actively to introducing new technologies and ways of working, maintaining high quality without compromise.
- Collaborate with other Golang engineers on technical and architectural decisions, enjoying end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment.
Skills Required
- Authentication domain experience, i.e., prior exposure to Auth0 or AuthN.
- Backend Golang development experience, leveraging PubSub, Dataflow, and BigQuery.
- Support the implementation of feature flagging.
- Support developer experience improvements such as CI/CD upgrades.
