About the Role

DELTA DORE RADEMACHER GmbH is currently seeking an Embedded Software Developer (C/C++) for our Rhede location. In this role, you will:

  • Define and implement software in C/C++ for smart home devices (sensors, actuators, controls, drive components).
  • Implement software in Bare Metal or with RTOS.
  • Conduct software verification and quality assurance through integration and system tests, along with corresponding documentation.
  • Analyze requirements and design suitable software architecture considering modularization requirements.
  • Further develop and maintain existing software.
  • Clarify interfaces and document processes with internal and external partners, customers, and suppliers.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Several years of professional experience in software development for embedded devices.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Git.
  • Desirable: knowledge of standardized wireless protocols such as Zigbee and Matter over Thread.
  • Advantageous: experience with Dev-Ops platform Atlassian (Confluence and Jira).
  • An analytical, conceptual, and agile working style.
  • Strong social and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong written and spoken skills in both German and English.
