About the Role
You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute the product and business strategy. Your focus will be on building novel products and features that enhance user experiences. You will contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product and business strategy
- Develop novel products and features for onboarding experience
- Review code, design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks
- Contribute to improving developer workflows and recommend best practices
About the Candidate
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, primarily focusing on developing user-facing, reusable UI components, managing application state efficiently, and optimizing performance in one or more general-purpose programming languages, preferably Javascript, Typescript, Golang, and Python.
Bonus Experience
- Knowledge of GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and ability to design maintainable APIs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
