About the Role
Signify Technology is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join an award-winning organisation in the Travel and Ecommerce space. This remote full-time position offers up to £70K plus a bonus. As a critical member of our backend team, you will help enhance and optimize backend performance, creating scalable solutions that increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create and manage scalable APIs and microservices leveraging Python and Kafka.
- Collaboration: Partner with frontend developers to integrate backend logic seamlessly and contribute to UI development using TypeScript and React.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are efficient, scalable, and dependable.
- Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Detect and resolve issues using various tools.
- Database Management: Design and manage data models and storage.
- Security Implementation: Implement robust authentication and authorization methodologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, and engage in regular code reviews.
