About the Role
HCLTech is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in AI/ML security solutions. This position is based in Toronto, ON, and is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and benchmarking Generative AI augmented security solutions. Responsibilities include conducting proof-of-concept assessments, defining security control baselines, evaluating vendor claims, and performing security testing on GenAI-powered tools. You will also integrate AI robustness and stress testing capabilities with MLOps ecosystems, publish reports, and enable strong collaboration with application teams.
About the Candidate
Mandatory Skills:
- Gen-AI, LLM security solutions, ML, MLOps
Good to have:
- Cloud Architecture, Cryptography
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 2 years experience with Machine Learning Application Development
- 3 years of software engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Machine Learning Operation Professional Certifications
- Strong knowledge of Adversarial Robustness techniques and tools, AI Risk Management frameworks, and Trustworthy AI practices
- Hands-on experience with designing high performing AI/ML pipelines and deploying models in public cloud environments
