Our team of 10 IT professionals is part of a 20-person structure, focusing on the development of a proprietary solution that simplifies and secures real estate transactions for property managers and co-ownership organizations.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative DevOps Engineer to join our team. The responsibilities include:

Setting up internal integration structures and advanced infrastructure monitoring.
Developing automated tools and alerts to prevent outages and ensure system availability.
Collaborating with the development team to ensure system stability, scalability, and security.
Automating and improving deployment processes for cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

8-10 years of IT development experience, including 1-2 years in Ruby on Rails.
3-5 years of experience in DevOps with strong system integration expertise in technologies mentioned.
Excellent documentation skills for DevOps processes and architecture.
Experience in designing large-scale projects and developing similar systems.

CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD
Monitoring: Grafana
Scripting: Bash
Database: PostgreSQL (replication)
