About the Candidate (Expectations and Nice to Have Skills)
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and proven experience in software development with a strong emphasis on TypeScript, JavaScript, or Rust. You should also possess a solid understanding of systems engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. Familiarity with VCS like Git and Agile methodologies will be beneficial. Bonus skills include web technologies, experience with AI solutions, and deep Linux/UNIX knowledge.
